This elongated oval shaped deep blue/green Sapphire is cut in my personal 'Ursula's Tentacles' design and is part of the 'Disney Villain' Collection.
 
The material used is a deep blue/green Parti Sapphire, that shows a spectacular play in light and shadow in the frontal view as well as when tilted. 
 
The frosted facets are the main feature of the gemstone, creating a pattern that resembles a multitude of tentacles, resembling Ursula's character in The Little Mermaid movie.
