This cushion shaped Sapphire is cut in my personal 'Lance' design.
The piece is cut into a deep blue Sapphire that presents visible inclusions, mostly on the edge of the gemstone. The gem shows a spectacular play in light and shadow in the frontal view as well as when tilted.
The design is looking at enlarging the crown's facets, hence scaling down the edges of the table and creating an elongated design.
