This marquise shaped Tourmaline is cut in my personal 'Beam' design and is part of 'The Great Gatsby'.
The piece is cut into a light neon Tourmaline. The material shows a spectacular play in light and shadow in the frontal view as well as when tilted. The gemstone is eye clean, with some root like inclusions on the edge of the stone that can be seen with a loupe .
The theme of the design wants to recreate Jay Gatsby's green beem, that was glowing as a reminder of the posibility of reuniting with his love, Daisy.
